The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the bustling shopping areas. Accessing famous spots was a breeze. Room service responded quickly, and the availability of ironing facilities made it easier to look sharp. cleanliness left much to be desired—dusty surfaces and a dirty water boiler that no one replaced despite requests were disappointing. the power went out when we tried to use the heater, and management seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. It felt dismissive when we raised issues at checkout. While the breakfast was simple, the overall service efficiency was lacking.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Marine Drive and the main shopping area. The Deluxe Double room was super spacious and included a reading table and a wardrobe—perfect for my needs. The room service was prompt, and I loved that the restaurant allowed me to order through Swiggy, giving me flexibility.

The location is super close to shopping spots. Room was spacious with an electric kettle, minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Really enjoyed the spa facilities. Quick room service when I needed extra stuff. They even had a private bathroom with free toiletries. Staff was helpful when I asked about amenities.
